Rule 18
Date sheet should be given
(1) If the Investigating Officer finds that an accused has to be booked and the case is pre-trial, he shall set up a booking book in the format as per Schedule-16 and give the date.
(2) The format of the date sheet for giving the date to the accused shall be as per schedule-17.
